Anadur
(Nandrolone Hexylphenylpropionate)
Anadur is a 19-nortestosterone (19-nor) anabolic steroid comprised of the active steroidal hormone Nandrolone. Carrying strong similarities to Deca Durabolin, this steroid's structure is simply the testosterone hormone with a single absent carbon atom. This absence is all it takes to create a unique steroid that carries unique properties all its own. For example, while structurally similar to testosterone, Anadur will only aromatize at about 20% the rate of testosterone.
While very similar to Deca-Durabolin, Anadur's largest difference is the ester in-which is attached. A Nandrolone steroid with the hexylphenylpropionate ester attached, a very large, slow acting ester, the results brought on by this steroid won't be fast. With the hexylphenylpropionate ester attached, Anadur is one of the slowest acting anabolic steroids on the market, much slower than the slow acting Deca-Durabolin. One may find it interesting to note; due to this large ester taking up so much mass in the compound, higher doses of Anadur are required to match lower doses of Deca-Durabolin.
Anadur, like all Nandrolone steroids carries with it strong anabolic properties with a mild androgenic nature. Due to this mild androgenic nature, related side effects are not a concern, but the aromatization must be taken into account as well as this steroid's strong progestin nature. Aromatase Inhibitors (AI's) are normally advised, and depending on individual sensitivity anti-progesterone medications.
Anadur is not a steroid that should be taken alone as it will suppress natural testosterone production at the same rate as Deca-Durabolin. One 100mg injection of Anadur will shut down natural testosterone production completely, thereby making exogenous testosterone supplementation a necessity with Anadur use. This will not only protect you from a low testosterone condition, but it also provides strong benefits. Due to this steroid's low androgenic quality, when coupled with testosterone, a potent androgen, we increase androgenic activity thus allowing growth to more readily occur. When you combine this with the already high anabolic rating Anadur carries, you create a strong playing field apt towards performance enhancing.
Most Anadur users will find the best results will be obtained by continuing testosterone therapy for a minimum of two weeks after Anadur is discontinued; four weeks being optimal. Due to the very large ester attached to Anadur, if all anabolic steroid use comes to a halt with Anadur in play natural testosterone production can be very difficult to re-obtain. Further, most will find this steroid to only be worthwhile when used for a minimum of 8 weeks as it will take a solid 4 to 6 weeks for benefits to take hold. While 8 weeks would be our minimum, 12 weeks of continuous Anadur use will prove to be far more effective. It should also be noted, this steroid carries with it a very high detection time; Anadur can be detected for up to 18 months after use is discontinued. Tested athletes will need to find other options as Anadur will not be well suited for their purpose(s).
